PATH, Inc. Awarded Federal READY4Life Grant (90ZD0037-01-00) to Support Youth in Northwest Indiana
Porter County, IN – PATH, Inc. is excited and humbled to announce that it has been awarded the READY4Life (Relationships, Education, Advancement, and Development for Youth for Life) grant, a five-year cooperative agreement with the Administration for Children & Families. The READY4Life initiative is designed to equip youth with the skills they need to build healthy relationships, strengthen families, and successfully transition into adulthood.
