Position Details The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive clinical education for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other clinical support staff across NorthShore Health Centers. This role ensures that high-quality, consistent patient care is supported through effective training and competency development.
