Struggling with rising food costs? Having a hard time with the growing number of chemicals added to our food? We want to help teach you different ways of food preservation. In this class, we will explore dehydrating & canning so you can utilize preserving ingredients year-round! I’ll walk you through practical steps of preserving whole foods and utilizing all of it to minimize waste! This class will be followed by a canning workshop where we’ll create safe, delicious jars for your pantry. Whether you’re new or brushing up, we hope you leave confident and inspired to continue your preservation journey. Taught by community member Becky, who has loads of experience growing her own food and preserving her harvest ! Class is $20 and includes dehydrated samples and a take home handout
