Recycling & Waste Reduction District of Porter County Announces Winter Hours for Compost S
Valparaiso, IN – Recycling & Waste Reduction District of Porter County update the Winter Hours for the Compost Sites in Porter County. Extending the Portage and Boone Grove Site open days to the second week of December instead of the first. Beginning December 16th, 2024, the Portage and Boone Grove Compost Sites will be closed for the season, making December 14th the final day for drop off. The Valparaiso Compost Site is open year-round for recycling, yard waste, and electronic drop off Monday-Saturday
