New director steps into leadership role at PCACS
Valparaiso – Toni Modglin is taking the reins at Porter County Aging & Community Services, bringing 25 years of experience in the nonprofit world to the executive director role.Modglin’s experience is centered around the healthcare and disability arenas and includes positions with About Special Kids, InSource, Girls on the Run, NorthShore Health Centers and Rhyme & Reason Ministry.
