(November 13, 2024)—Surf Internet®, a leading fiber-optic internet company serving the Great Lakes Region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Brenneman Miles as Vice President & Corporate Counsel. A native of the Elkhart area and licensed to practice in Indiana and Michigan, Miles will lead Surf’s legal functions, providing strategic counsel and ensuring regulatory compliance to support the company’s continued growth.

Reporting directly to Ryan Delack, Surf’s Chief Financial Officer, Miles will collaborate with senior leaders across departments to deliver business-minded legal support, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with industry regulations.
