Northwest Indiana – Sept. 12, 2025 – The Home Builders Association of Northwest Indiana (HBANWI) is pleased to announce Schillings, Carter Lumber and ICC Floors Plus Northwest Indiana as their event sponsors for the 2025 Parade of Homes experience, set for back-to-back weekends, Sept. 20-21 and 27-28, with most homes open from 12-5 p.m.
Home improvement and building material supplier Schillings has returned as a sponsor for this year’s event. For 80 years, the company has built a reputation for reliability, providing homeowners and contractors with a wide range of construction supplies, including lumber, decking, and interior fixtures such as flooring and cabinetry. Their sponsorship and support have been a cornerstone of the HBANWI's Parade of Homes for many years.
Joining alongside the building partners as an event sponsor this year is Carter Lumber. One of the nation’s largest building material suppliers, Carter Lumber’s flagship brand operates over 180 locations across the Midwest and eastern portions of the United States.
