Valparaiso, IN – Ivy Tech Community College recently announced Fall Chancellors’ Scholarship Event taking place on September 18, 2025, at Avalon Manor Banquet Center, located at 3550 E. Lincoln Highway, Merrillville, IN. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. CT. Event includes dinner, presentation of this year’s scholarship winners and recognition for the 2025 benefactors of the year.
Northwest Health, and Linde are the 2025 Benefactors of the Year. Tickets are currently available for purchase at $90.00. $45.00 of the ticket price is tax-deductible, and can be purchased at Chancellors’ Scholarship Link through September 12, 2025.
“Last year our event was so wonderfully received across Northwest Indiana. Our guests had so much fun. This event is an incredible celebration and opportunity to support local students. We hope everyone can join us and cheer on our students and their hard work. So many of our students depend on the financial assistance we provide, thanks in large part to events like this,” said Executive Director of Resource Development, Cindy Hall.
Event proceeds benefit students at the Lake County and Valparaiso/Michigan City campuses.
Recipients of the 2025 Chancellors’ Scholarship Award from Lake County Campus include Malec Alhourani, Nathan Behrens, Chiquita Blalock, Amanda Cox, Nicholas Delacy, Makedonka Delijevska, Jasmina Golabovska, Michelle Hamilton, Lauren Miranda, Zoe Ralowski, Alejandra Rosas, Briana Ross, Emily Sarna, Amanda Starcevich, and Alexis Wood.
Recipients of the 2025 Chancellors’ Scholarship Award from Porter County Campus include Anita Angon, Joie Bugajski, Kya Chafin, Kristen Danielson, Mason Diakis, Madelyn Easley, April Geary, Kari Johnson, Olivia Makatura, Wrigley Nordyke, Sophia Persin, Kaylin Simmons, Courtney Sluis, Gabrielle Tinnel, and Johnna Vaughan.
