CLH, CPAs & Consultants proudly announces that Adam Lange, Staff Accountant, has successfully earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Angela Grothaus, CPA, CVA, and valuation department head at CLH, said the CVA designation is a respected credential within the accounting and financial industries, signifying that Lange has demonstrated proficiency in the field of business valuation, including applying valuation methodologies, analyzing financial data, and preparing valuation reports that stand up to scrutiny. Business valuations are needed for an array of scenarios, including mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder disputes, litigation support, and strategic financial planning, among others, she noted.
