Description
The Marketing Communications Associate will support the development and delivery of marketing and Company messages to enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent communication across various channels. This role involves coordinating internal and external communications, working with cross-functional teams, and helping to achieve business objectives through effective messaging and engagement strategies.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute clear, consistent messaging across multiple communication channels.
- Assist with internal and external communications including emails, newsletters, social media, and company announcements.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, promotional content, and digital assets.
- Help plan and promote company events, webinars, product promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across departments and branch locations.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing and communication efforts to support campaign performance analysis.
- Maintain marketing content, materials, and communication schedules.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and departmental projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications. B2B experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Social Platforms
- Creative and proactive with a team-oriented attitude.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members.
- Consistently follows procedures and adheres to standards.
- Must be able to understand and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form and follow directions.

Working Conditions:
This position operates in an open office environment and requires frequent collaboration with team members across departments, including sales, management, and customer service. Requires extended periods of sitting, working on a computer, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Because the workspace is shared, the employee must be able to remain focused and productive despite background noise, conversations, and general office activity. The position may involve coordinating with vendors, participating in meetings, and responding to time-sensitive marketing needs or deadlines.
