About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Part-Time Office
Assistant
to support a busy Loan Originator. This is a fantastic entry point into the
mortgage industry, with the potential to grow into a Full-Time Loan Officer Assistant
role for the right candidate.

You’ll be helping behind the scenes to keep the office organized, loan files moving,
communicate with clients and partners, and support the day-to-day operations of a fast-
paced office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office reception – Phones and walk in clients
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the Loan Originator’s calendar Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing, shredding, light reporting)
  • Organize and prepare closing gifts
  • Assist in running social media for the office page
  • Update and maintain print marketing in office and for meetings
  • Handwritten thank you cards/Christmas cards
  • Learn and follow compliance and loan processing procedures
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and title companies professionally from time to time
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional communication (phone, email, text)
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with technology
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or office admin is a plus—but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
