Becky is back for another class on food preservation! In this How To: Canning 101, we will either build upon what you learned in the food preservation class or you can jump in with this workshop! Becky fell in love with canning, and can’t wait to show you why. She sought out ways to serve her family whole foods with less chemicals and preserve her garden harvest so they would have access to home grown food year-round. This intro class is all about practical, fuss free techniques that work in a real kitchen, yours! We’ll cover the basics, go step by step and you’ll walk away with more confidence & know how to can your own food safely and deliciously. Class is $20 and includes a take home handout and your very own canned pineapple!
