Denny Diamond and The Jewels: A Neil Diamond Tribute Show

Portage Township Live Entertainment Association (PTLEA) presents Denny Diamond and The Jewels: A Neil Diamond Tribute Show. Denny Diamond is one of the most sought-after Neil Diamond tribute artists across the nation. Joined by his sons Lucas and Spencer (billed as the family "Jewels"), the band performs not only legendary Neil Diamond's music, but also pays tribute to other favorite American entertainers, such as Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, and Glen Campell, to name a few. With Lucas performing vocals, guitar, and synthesizer, and Spenser performing vocals and bass/drums (simultaneously), trained vocalist and guitarist Denny Diamond presents an acclaimed and unique tribute to the music of Neil Diamond, in that it's an interactive performance based on words and music, not impersonation. As in an actual Neil Diamond concert, Denny Diamond's tribute show includes lots of audience toe-tapping, hand-swaying, and singing along. According to Denny Diamond, "It's all about good music and fun!" Established in 1989, PTLEA is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization whose goal is affordable and quality live entertainment to be made available in greater Portage.
