As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure that the physical aspects and general maintenance of the property meets company standards and applicable laws. As a Maintenance Technician will diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances. All applicants must have their own basic tools, reliable transportation and availability to respond immediately to emergency "on call" repairs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
-Maintain cleanliness of premises
-Complete resident work orders
-Perform plumbing/mechanical/electrical repairs
-Install flooring, cabinetry, tubs, and surrounds as needed
-Prepare vacant units for leasing
-General grounds keeping including snow removal and spreading salt on sidewalks and steps
Must be a "TEAM PLAYER" and work diligently to complete projects on time, have strong interpersonal skills, be courteous, and comfortable dealing with difficult situations and personalities.
