Job description
A Universal Banker that's hired for this key position will be working with our members to open accounts and perform a variety of account maintenance. Universal Bankers serve our members by identifying needs, educating and recommending products or services, making proper recommendations to cross sell our products, performing account maintenance, and welcoming new members to the credit union. This position will also assist with working on the teller line and performing teller duties. This position is primary in Portage but may occasionally work in our Michigan City office. A successful Universal Banker is outgoing, likes change, is detail-oriented, loves getting to know people, and has a positive attitude.
