Included will be a 30 minute educational presentation on business topics related to the small business professional.  The goal of the program is to increase business for our members and gain helpful business knowledge.\n\n\n\nThis month's topic will discuss the Five Generations in Today's Workplace.  With a very tight labor force availability and challenges to hiring and retaining employees  learn about the Five Generations currently in the workforce today\, where they are getting their employees....and understanding the differences could help us 'understand' each generation better and thus be able to better 'manage'.
