DESCRIPTION:All Chamber members are invited to the \n\nLegislative Hotline beginning at 7:30 a.m. held at the Portage Chamber Office\; 2642 Eleanor Street\, Portage\, IN \n\n\nThis forum discusses government issues at the local\, state\, and federal levels. Attendees have the opportunity to interact with state legislators (either in person or via conference call)\, as well as county and city officials. Legislative Hotline sessions run January to March while the Indiana state legislature is in session.\n\nLegislative Hotline/Public Policy Forums are always free to attend and no reservations are needed.\n\n \n\nDuneland\, Portage\, and Valparaiso Chambers of Commerce will also be present via conference call.\n\n\nThis legislative briefing will give members an opportunity to hear first hand about legislation being enacted in Indianapolis.
